UVSS Campus Community Garden Spring Market

We kicked off the 2026 community market season by participating in the recent Campus Community Garden Spring Market, hosted and organized by UVIC Student Services. It was a wonderful small market, held in their beautiful community gardens setting, on a gorgeous, sunny, Spring day. There was a blend of nonprofit organizations, small business and student vendors at this market. Kids of all ages enjoyed the face painting station. Lovely acoustic live music added to the marvelous ambiance.

The UVIC Campus Community Garden is a great place to see how people can grow a lot of food and flowers in a small space in a suburban setting. It is a really beautiful community garden space in the South Saanich area. If you love plants, you’ll love checking out this community garden.
